Esrah Design & Concepts is a single-designer bespoke furniture, interiors and full-project design studio based on Koh Samui, serving Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and clients across Thailand.

Products & Services

We offer three categories of work, each described in full on the main site:

• Ready-to-buy furniture — one-of-one finished pieces, shown with photos, descriptions, and pricing in Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollars (USD) on the Shop page. Items are marked either "Ready to ship" or "Made to order (~30 days)".
• Interiors & custom furniture commissions — made-to-measure pieces and room design, scoped and quoted individually after an initial consultation.
• Full design projects — complete interior design and build projects for villas, homes and commercial spaces, scoped and quoted individually.

Commission and full-project pricing is confirmed with each client directly before any payment is requested, based on scope, materials, and timeline.

Checkout

Ready-to-buy items can be purchased directly from the Shop page: select an item and press Buy to open the checkout, which displays the item, its price in Thai Baht, and a secure card payment form processed by Opn Payments (Omise). No account or sign-up is required to purchase.

For commissions and full projects, checkout happens after scope and price are agreed directly with Air by email or WhatsApp — a payment link or the same secure card checkout is then sent to confirm the order.

Payment Terms

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollars (USD) at an indicative rate; all payments are charged in Thai Baht. Ready-to-ship pieces are paid in full at checkout. Pieces that are made to order or installed on site are paid in two instalments:

• Made-to-order pieces: 40% deposit at the time of order, and the remaining 60% before shipment.
• Installations and built-in work (for example kitchens and fitted joinery): 60% deposit at the time of order, and the remaining 40% on completion of the installation.

At checkout the customer is shown the deposit due today, the remaining balance and when it falls due, and is asked to authorise the balance. The card used for the deposit is securely saved with Opn Payments so the balance can be charged to it when due; if that is not possible, a secure payment link is sent to the customer instead. Production or delivery of the remaining work is confirmed once the deposit has been received, and shipment or installation completion follows receipt of the balance.

Shipping Policy

Methods & coverage

We deliver locally across Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, and ship nationwide across Thailand via trusted local courier and freight partners, selected based on the size and fragility of each piece.

Timeframes

• Ready to ship items are prepared for dispatch shortly after order confirmation; local Samui/Phangan deliveries typically arrive within a few days, other Thailand destinations within approximately 5–10 business days depending on location and courier.
• Made to order items are handcrafted to order with a production time of approximately 30 days, after which the same delivery timeframes above apply.

Fees

Shipping fees depend on the item's size, weight, and destination. Fees are calculated and confirmed with the client before dispatch; for local Koh Samui/Koh Phangan deliveries this is often included or minimal, while nationwide shipping is quoted per order.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, bespoke and handcrafted work can occasionally be delayed by material availability or courier conditions. If a delay occurs, we will contact the client as soon as we are aware, with an updated delivery estimate. No penalty applies for reasonable delays communicated in good faith.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled. This applies to both Ready to ship and Made to order items, as pieces are reserved, prepared, or put into production immediately upon payment. Please review your order carefully — including item, price, and delivery details — before completing checkout.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, given the custom and one-of-one nature of our pieces.

The only exception is if an item arrives visibly damaged in transit. In that case:

• Contact us at airrilll@icloud.com or +66 84 426 9995 within 12 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage and packaging.
• We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
• Any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Claims made after 12 hours from delivery, or without photo evidence, cannot be accepted.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you contact us, request a consultation, or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, project notes, and — for purchases — billing details needed to process payment.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver commissioned work, process and fulfil orders, and arrange shipping. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed directly by Opn Payments (Omise), a licensed payment service provider. Your card details are sent securely to Opn and are never stored on or seen by Esrah Design & Concepts' own systems. For deposit-and-balance orders, the card is saved with Opn (not with us) solely to charge the agreed balance, only with your authorisation at checkout.

Data storage

Enquiry, order, and project information is stored securely using Supabase, our database provider, with access limited to Air. We keep this information only as long as needed to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to airrilll@icloud.com.
